Project Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organizing new product drawings and process review;
2. Responsible for engineering changes;
3. Promote the project team to rectify the quality problems of new products;
4. Organize regular project meetings;
5. Promote the handover of product effectiveness;
6. Responsible for the improvement of batch production process, quality improvement, production efficiency improvement, cost reduction;
7. According to the quality system requirements for product development work, to ensure that the project data records complete, in line with the system requirements;
8. Complete other work assigned by superior.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, and personnel with rich project experience can be relaxed to junior college;
2, familiar with the project development process, have more than 2 years of project development experience, can bring the project team, familiar with metal material processing technology;
3, familiar with the 9001 and 16949 system requirements, can skillfully use the five tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP);
4. Able to skillfully use 2D and 3D mapping software, have strong overall planning ability and problem-solving ability, have team consciousness, and have strong communication and coordination ability.
