Equipment Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of equipment, water, electricity, oil, gas and machine tool pipelines in each workshop section to ensure that the equipment is in good condition at 99%, the mold use adequacy rate is 100, and the tooling and fixture spare parts are in good condition at 100.
2. Responsible for the correctness and completeness of equipment maintenance records.
3, responsible for equipment, tooling, mold adjustment and installation work.
4, resolutely implement the "maintenance first, repair immediately" principle.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, at least one year relevant working experience.
2, with national certification special post certificate (electrician, welder, etc.)
3, familiar with the structure of mechanical equipment, performance, operating procedures and maintenance regulations.
4, familiar with the mold, tooling, such as repair and adjustment, installation and other knowledge.
5, can strictly abide by the safety operation procedures, obey the company and superior leadership management and arrangement of work.
