Recently, it was learned from the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment that Wuhan Fanzhou Zhongyue Alloy Co., Ltd. was recognized as the first batch of demonstration units of "zero-waste factory" in Wuhan, marking a new breakthrough in the reduction, recycling, and harmlessness of industrial waste. It is reported that a total of 54 enterprises in Wuhan have been recognized as demonstration units of "zero-waste factories".
What is a zero-waste factory? "Waste-free factory" refers to a plant that promotes industrial solid waste generating units to continuously promote the source reduction and resource utilization of solid waste through means such as raw material substitution, process transformation, technology updating, and point-to-point utilization, so as to minimize the amount of landfill and reduce the environmental impact of solid waste through the principles of source reduction, in-plant recycling, and green and low-carbon. "Waste-free factory" is an advanced management concept that achieves a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits.
The technical fields involved in "Pan Continent Sino-Vietnamese Alloy" are new materials, "advanced metal materials", high-performance non-ferrous metals and alloy materials. The company has always adhered to technological innovation as the core, focusing on the research and development and manufacturing of high-strength wear-resistant copper alloy materials, and its main products are used in many industries. As an industry benchmark in the field of high-strength copper alloys, "Pan Continent Sino-Vietnamese Alloy" attaches great importance to the ecological design of products, the restriction of the use of hazardous substances, energy saving, carbon footprint and recyclability rate, and minimizes the input of primary energy while ensuring safety and production. At the same time, through the introduction of design software, the design simulation calculation is implemented to reduce the input of samples and increase the probability of success of finished product experimental development.
